If you register for an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to maintain and promptly update your account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activity associated with your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
4. Use of Services / Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Services to:
violate any applicable law or regulation;
infringe or violate the rights of any third party;
transmit any harmful or malicious code;
disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the Services;
engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
5. Fees, Billing & Payment

If you submit reviews, feedback, data, or other content (collectively, “User Content”) to us, you grant Local Reputation Stars a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such User Content in connection with the Services and our business. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to your User Content and that use as set forth above will not violate any third-party rights or any law.

In no case shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $100 if you have made no payment).

12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
